You always want to put your best work in front of an agent or editor. That first page, that first impression, is what keeps the pages turning and interest building in your fiction or non-fiction book. So why not give them that in your book proposal?

I will work with you and provide a professionally designed book proposal, complete with all the information a prospective publisher wants to see.

Synopsis critique $3 per page

Oh, that dreadful synopsis! It is always so much easier to write the book, right? Don’t fret, I’m here to help you. I've written dozens upon dozens of synopsis’s. While I can’t guarantee you’ll get your book published, I can guarantee that together we’ll make your synopsis shine on the desk of any agent or editor.

I’ll edit your synopsis for:

• ·         Character development
• ·         Content

I’ll make suggestions on tightening it up or where to expand, make sure you've introduced your characters and your story flows smoothly.

Content Editing $2 per page

It’s hard for us to see if we've repeated ourselves, skipped over important information, have holes in our plots, lost our voice, or our story just doesn't flow from page to page.

That’s why I will read your pages and make notes of the following:

·         I look for issues related to

• ·         Inconsistent character behavior/speech
• ·         Style issues
• ·         Readability
• ·         Is your language appropriate for your audience?
• ·         Do you have believable dialogue?
• ·         Is your plot line plausible?

In addition, if you have something specifically you’d like me to look at in a scene or about your characters, please let me know and I’ll specifically go back and read it so I can answer that question for you.

**I receive all my documents in rtf or doc format and will return with comments as track changes and additional comments in the form of a composed email.
